Similarly to Microsoft Outlook, OutShare Web Access Engine provides the possibility to select e-mail message recipients from your Contacts folders instead of entering their e-mail addresses on the 'To...' field of the message form.
When you click the button located on the top of the message form, the 'Select Contacts' web form is opened to select the preferred recipients from your Outlook Contact folders.
In order to find the needed contacts quickly and easily, you can employ the sorting and filtering options embedded in this form:
To sort Outlook contacts by the indicated characters,
Type the first characters or the whole first and last names on the 'Type Name or Select from List:' edit field.
Afterwards, you will be directed to the first contact whose first (and last) name begins with the indicated characters.
To filter Outlook contacts by the folders they are stored in,
Select the needed folder listed on the 'Show Users from the:' combo box. Afterwards, only the contacts stored in the selected folder will be displayed.
In order to add Outlook contacts to the list of message recipients,
Select the needed contact on the list of all your Outlook Contacts.
Click the , , or button to add the selected recipient to the corresponding field.
Likewise, you may add message recipients to the relevant fields – To, Cc or Bcc – by double-clicking the needed contacts when you have previously clicked the appropriate button.
