OutShare Web Access Engine provides an easy way to invite your acquaintances to use OutShare. You may find this feature relevant when you need to add other users (e.g. your assistants, associates, family members, etc.) to your Service Account so you could synchronize and share your Outlook data and use common public folders.
In order to invite your acquaintance to use OutShare, perform the following steps:
Click the button on OutShare toolbar.
Select or enter the e-mail address of the preferred recipient(s).
Click the button.
You may also modify the body of an e-mail message to be sent to your selected recipient(s).
