In order to add Outlook contacts/Service Account users to share your folders with,
Select the preferred contacts/users displayed on the list box below. You can select several contacts/users at once by holding down CTRL button on the keyboard.

Alternatively, you may double-click the contacts/users to add them to the list of folder sharers. Yet, this feature is not applicable when you select several users by holding down CTRL button.
In case you add unintended contacts or users,
You can remove them using the Remove button located on the left-hand side and Clear All button located on the right-hand side of this form. Clicking Remove excludes the contact/user selected on the text box below, and Clear All removes all the contacts and/or users that were added previously.
Important: It is necessary to remember main rules for sharing your folders with other users.
Note:
All newly added users are specified as sharers of each of your folders selected during the second step.
If you do not select any users to share your Outlook folders with during this step, you will be directed to the closing step.
If there is only one user in your Service Account or there are several users in your Service Account, but connection with the server is lost, Contacts type folder will be selected on Show Users from the: combo box by default.
