During the sixth step, specify sharers of your folders selected during the fifth step:
To sort Outlook contacts and Service Account usersby the indicated characters,
Type the first characters or the whole first name on the 'Type Name or Select from List:' edit field.
Afterwards, you will be directed to the first contact/user whose first name begins with the indicated characters displayed on the list box below.
To filter Outlook contacts by the folders they are stored in, and Service Account users – by departments they are assigned to,
Select the needed folder/department listed on the 'Show Users from the:' combo box.
Afterwards, only the contacts stored in the selected folder/users assigned to the selected department will be displayed on the list box below.
Select 'All Users' or 'Administrators' accordingly on the 'Belonging to Group:' combo box.
Afterwards, only the users belonging to the indicated user group will be displayed on the list box below.
Select the preferred contacts/users displayed on the list box below. You can select several contacts/users at once by holding down CTRL button on the keyboard.
Click the Add button located on the left-hand side of this form.
Alternatively, you may double-click the contacts/users to add them to the list of folder sharers. Yet, this feature is not applicable when you select several users by holding down CTRL button.
You can remove them using the Remove button located on the left-hand side and Clear All button located on the right-hand side of this form. Clicking Remove excludes the contact/user selected on the text box below, and Clear All removes all the contacts and/or users that were added previously.
It is necessary to remember main rules for sharing your folders with other users.
You cannot add a sharer if connection with the server is not established or was lost.
All newly added users are specified as sharers of each of your folders selected during the fifth step.
If you do not select any users to share your Outlook folders with during this step, you will be directed to the eighth step, i.e. none of your Outlook folders will be shared.
If there is only one user in your Service Account or there are several users in your Service Account, but connection with the server is lost, Contacts type folder will be selected on Show Users from the: combo box by default.
If there is more than one user in your Service Account and connection with the server is established, your Service Account will be selected on Show Users from the: combo box by default.
