When you log in to OutShare Web Access Engine, the main Web Access Engine window is opened that presents your synchronized and shared Outlook data as well as public folders data on the interface that looks the same as your Outlook dashboard. Using this web service, besides of viewing your Outlook data you may also:
Set (generate) Web Access links for your folders and items. When you give (send) the generated link to another person, he/she can access your selected folder/item on the Web even when he/she does not use Outlook at all.
Manage (i.e. update, e-mail, copy, delete) your generated Web Access links.
Export your folder/item content to Comma Separated Values (.csv), VCard or VCalendar type files. This feature is relevant when you need to use Outlook information in other programs (e.g. Microsoft Excel), share it with your colleague, or use it to synchronize with your other devices like iPod, PDA, Palm, cell phone, etc.
View your profile created using OutShare Synchronizer (link to: ) or Service Account Administration console (link to:).
Reset your current password used for logging in to your Service Account.
