created in your Service Account

In order to use Web Access Engine, the following conditions need to be met:
Your Outlook folders must be synchronized (link to: how to configure synchronization settings for a folder) as Web Access Engine provides access to your synchronized Outlook data.
You need to have a valid OutShare Web Access Engine license (trial version license or full version license).
