Definitions
The specific terms used for presenting the functionality of Web Access Engine are the following:
Service Account is a separate virtual space on OutShare server holding all the company's and personal data of every user created within the Account as well as public folders data.
Service Account user is OutShare user whose user account belongs to a certain Service Account.
Administrator is OutShare user who has full control over all Service Account (or department) data and possesses the rights to perform various administrative operations.
The person who registers a Service Account is automatically set as the default Service Account administrator, and he/she can set further Service Account administrators by adding them to 'Administrators' user group in the Service Account using Service Account Administration console.
Public folders – Outlook folders of Mail, Contacts, Calendar, or Tasks type, common for all Service Account users (i.e. accessible to all users without sharing).
OutShare Web Access Engine licenses – user licenses that provide the access to synchronized Outlook data on web and allow utilizing all features of Web Access Engine.
