Set User Account Wizard is a component part of 4Team OutShare (for Microsoft® Outlook®) package software that provides a convenient way to register a new OutShare Service Account, or set the preferred user account for working with 4Team OutShare on the current workstation when the user belongs to several Service Accounts, or has several different user accounts in a certain Service Account.
Definitions
The specific terms used for presenting the functionality of the 'Set User Account' Wizard are the following:
Service Account is a separate virtual space on OutShare server holding all the company's and personal data of every user created within the Account as well as Public Folders data.
Service Account user is OutShare user whose user account belongs to a certain Service Account.
Administrator is OutShare user who has full control over all Service Account (or department) data and possesses the rights to perform various administrative operations.
The person who registers a Service Account is automatically set as the default Service Account administrator, and he/she can set further Service Account administrators by adding them to 'Administrators' user group in the Service Account using the Service Account Administration console.
Public Folders – Outlook folders of Mail, Contacts, Calendar, or Tasks type, common for all Service Account users (i.e. accessible to all users without sharing).
Licenses: as OutShare is a package software compound of several applications and services, OutShare licenses are of two types:
OutShare Synchronizer licenses – user/device licenses that allow employing the full functionality of OutShare Synchronizer application, OutShare Synchronizer integrated into Microsoft Outlook and Service Account Administration console.
OutShare Web Access Engine licenses – user licenses that provide the access to synchronized Outlook data on web and allow utilizing all features of Web Access Engine.

To access the 'Set User Account' Wizard,
Go to Windows Start
menu All Programs, point to 4Team OutShare
and select Set User Account Wizard
on the drop-down menu.
