About OutShare Service Account Administration console
OutShare Service Account Administration console is a supplementary 4Team OutShare (for Microsoft® Outlook®) utility for managing Service Account users, OutShare licenses and Public Folders. Using this application, you can create new Service Account users or import them from your Outlook Contacts and Active Directory, view and edit user properties, and arrange them to departments and user groups. Service Account Administration console enables Service Account and department administrators to activate, reactivate, and assign OutShare Synchronizer and Web Access Engine licenses to users and departments. Furthermore, this utility allows you to manage – create, delete, move and set user permissions to – OutShare Public Folders even without opening Microsoft Outlook.
