Remove users from departments

To remove the unneeded user from a certain department, please do as follows:


  1. Apply one of the actions/action sets indicated below:


  1. Select the user to be removed from the chosen department on User details list view pane.

  2. Click the Remove User from department button on the Users toolbar, or alternatively right-click the chosen user and select Remove from Department on the shortcut menu.


You will be asked to confirm your decision to remove the chosen user from the certain department in order to avoid unintended actions.


Note: When you remove users from departments, they still remain in your Service Account.
