Create new user

To create a new user account in your Service Account, the following steps need to be performed:


  1. Navigate to Service Account, Departments and Users or a certain department on the tree view pane and do one of the following:

  1. Fill in the fields of the 'New User' form with the following information:

  1. Click the Full Name… button .

  2. Select a suitable title for the new user and type the certain Name details (First, Middle and Last name) in the appropriate fields of 'Check Full Name' form. First and last name fields are obligatory to fill in, while middle name and title are optional. 

  3. Click OK button on the 'Check Full Name' form to save the name details and return back to 'New User' form.


When you have entered the information indicated above, it is sufficient for a new user account to be created. Nevertheless, you might find it useful to utilize further control elements embedded in the 'New User' form and perform the following actions:
