Arrange OutShare Synchronizer licenses

To assign OutShare Synchronizer licenses to users and/or departments of your Service Account, first of all you need to access the 'OutShare License Assignment' form by navigating to Licenses on the tree view pane and clicking the Assign… button located within the 'OutShare Synchronizer licenses' group box.
'OutShare License Assignment' form provides the group of control elements to perform the following actions:
By default, all Service Account users with OutShare Synchronizer licenses assigned are listed on the 'Users' tab, and the 'Departments' tab displays all the departments created in the Service Account together with the number of OutShare licenses appointed.
When you select a certain department on the list box located on the upper side of 'OutShare License Assignment' form, only the users belonging to the selected department with OutShare Synchronizer licenses assigned are displayed on the 'Users' tab, and 'Departments' tab displays the sub-departments of the selected one. If no sub-departments are created within the selected department, the 'Departments' tab remains empty.
Assign OutShare Synchronizer licenses to users of the Service Account or a certain department
By default, every newly created Service Account user is assigned 3 OutShare Synchronizer user/device licenses to.
When you change default number of the new user devices, every OutShare user created after the indicated change has been made is assigned the selected number of user/device licenses to.
If the 'Automatically assign licenses to newly created users' checkbox is cleared, you will need to assign OutShare Synchronizer licenses manually to every newly created OutShare user.
When you select the user to remove assigned licenses from on the 'Users' tab and click the Remove button , the selected user is no longer able to use the full version of OutShare Synchronizer. Licenses assigned to the selected user are freed, and you can further re-assign them to Service Account users and/or departments.
Appoint OutShare Synchronizer licenses to departments created in your Service Account
When Service Account administrators appoint OutShare Synchronizer licenses to departments, this enables department administrators to further distribute the licenses among the users belonging to the appropriate departments.

Set the number of devices the user can synchronize his Outlook data from
You can select or enter the preferred number of devices on the 'Devices for User with OutShare Synchronizer installed:' combo box. Devices the user can synchronize his Outlook data from are listed on the text box below together with the user/device license status and the date of last access from the device.
When the user connects to the Service Account from a certain device for the first time, license status for this device is set to '<used>'. All the unused user/device licenses are listed on the text box as '(empty)':
Remove licenses assigned to devices
Several users may use the same device for working with OutShare. In that case, every user who connects to the Service Account with his own login and password from the same device is recognized as using a separate OutShare Synchronizer user/device license.
Therefore, when you select a certain device on the text box located on the lower part of 'OutShare License Assignment' form, you can remove the licenses assigned to the device:
Specify the rules for assigning licenses to newly created users
Choose whether to assign licenses to newly created Service Account users automatically or manually;
Select or enter the number of devices the users can synchronize their Outlook data from to be automatically assigned to new users of your Service Account.

Note:
OutShare user cannot access the Service Account he belongs to from more devices than indicated in OutShare Synchronizer license assigned to him.
Assign… button is enabled only when OutShare license for your Service Account is activated.
