How to view Outshare folders from Outlook

You can view the list and contents of all your public folders and folders you share with other users (i.e. folders other users have given you access to) directly from your Outlook.
In order to view public folders and folders you share with other users from Outlook, do the following:
Open your Outlook.
The hierarchy of all OutShare folders is displayed on the Navigation pane below your Personal folders. The type of public/shared folder (Calendar, Contacts, Mail or Tasks) is indicated by the standard Outlook icon. When you select the folder on the Navigation pane, its contents are displayed on the right pane.
You can create a new public/shared folder and change the content of the public folder (if you have permissions for it), or synchronize public/shared folder directly from your Outlook.
You can also view the list of all OutShare folders on the Public Folder Properties form.
In order for OutShare folders hierarchy to appear in your Outlook, you should start the synchronization process at least once.
