How to unbind subfolder from parent folder

If you have set the same  settings for all subfolders of the particular folder belonging to the same type by selecting the Set the same settings for all… check box, you can unbind any of these folders from the parent folder. This means that a subfolder unbound will no longer inherit settings from its parent folder.

In order to unbind a subfolder from its parent folder, do the following:

1. Select the preferred subfolder on the Tree view on the Synchronization and Sharing Settings form.

2. Click the Unbind button on the Settings tab on the right pane.

3. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

4. Click the Apply button on the Synchronization and Sharing Settings form to save the changes.

5. Click OK to exit the form.

Note: You can also unbind a folder from its parent folder by unbinding all subfolders of its parent folder at once.
