How to unbind all subfolders from parent folder

If you have set the same  settings for all subfolders of a particular folder belonging to the same type by selecting the Set the same settings for all… check box, you can unbind all these folders from the parent folder at once. This means that all unbound subfolders will no longer inherit settings from their parent folder.

In order to unbind all subfolders from their parent folder at once, do the following:

1. Select the parent folder on the Tree view on the Synchronization and Sharing Settings form.

2. Clear the Set same settings check box on the Synchronization Settings/Sharing Settings tab on the right pane.

3. Click the Apply button on the Synchronization and Sharing Settings form to save the changes.

4. Click OK to exit the form.

Note: You can also unbind a particular subfolder from its parent folder.
