How to turn on synchronization for all public folders on your computer again

If you have previously excluded all public folders from synchronization on the particular computer and want to set them for synchronization again, do the following:

  1. Open the Public Folder Properties form and select Public Folders on the Tree view.

  2. If the Do not synchronize contents of this folder on this computer check box is selected, clear it.

  3. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog. All public folders on this particular computer will be synchronized with the server each time the synchronization process for all folders is started. However, they may still be excluded from synchronization on other computers, where 4Team OutShare is installed and your OutShare login is the same.

  4. Click Close to exit the Public Folder Properties form.

  5. Start the synchronization process for all folders.
