How to exclude a Public/shared Folder from synchronization on your computer
Click on the underlined links to find out more.
If you don't want a particular public/shared folder to be synchronized on a particular computer, do the following:
Open the Public Folder Properties form and select the preferred folder on the Tree view.
Select the Do not synchronize contents of this folder on this computer check box.
Click Yes in the confirmation dialog. The public/shared folder will no longer be synchronized on this particular computer each time when the synchronization process for all folders is started. However, it may still be synchronized on other computers, where 4Team OutShare is installed and your OutShare login is the same.
Click Close to exit the Public Folder Properties form.
Note:
If you simply delete a public/shared folder from your Outlook using the standard drop-down menu or by clicking the Delete button, it will appear again in your Outlook after the next synchronization process is completed.
You can turn on synchronization for this folder again at any time by clearing the Do not synchronize contents of this folder on this computer check box.
