Click on the underlined links to find out more.
If you have disabled your Service Account yourself, do the following:
Contact your OutShare Service administrator (i.e. 4Team Support, 4Team OutShare Service provider) by phone or e-mail.
After your OutShare Service administrator enables your Service Account again, open the Advanced Settings tab on the OutShare Settings form.
In the Connection mode section, select the Work in Server mode radio button.
Click Apply.
Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.
Click OK to exit the form.
Click on the Log In button, select Log In from the File menu on the main Synchronizer window, or right-click the Synchronizer icon on the taskbar notification area and select Log In from the menu.
Login form appears. Log in with your usual login and password.
Important: If your Service Account was disabled by your OutShare Service administrator (i.e. 4Team Support, 4Team OutShare Service provider) or another administrator of your Service Account, contact OutShare Service administrator by phone or e-mail. After your Service Account is enabled, you should switch to online state. All other users of your Service Account should switch to online state as well.
During the further synchronization all changes made to your Outlook data while your Service Account was disabled will be sent from the local database to the server.
