How to clear sharing filters

You can clear sharing filters for a particular folder. In this case, no sharing filters will be applied to folder at all. You can set sharing filters for a folder again at any time.

In order to clear sharing filters for a particular folder, do the following:

1. Open the Sharing Settings tab on the Synchronization and Sharing Settings form and select the shared folder on the Tree view.

2. Click the Clear filters button.

3. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog.

4. Click Apply to save the changes.

5. Click OK to exit the form.

Important: You cannot clear sharing filters if a connection with the server is not established or is lost.
