Service Account administrator

OutShare user who has full control over all Service Account data and possesses the rights to perform various administrative operations.

The person who registers a Service Account is automatically set as the default Service Account administrator, and he/she can set further Service Account administrators by adding them to 'Administrators' user group in the Service Account using the Service Account Administration console.
