Accessing sharing settings

You can specify sharing settings on the Sharing Settings tab of the Synchronization and Sharing Settings form. It allows you to start sharing a preferred folder with other users, to set sharing filters for a folder and to change them. You can also specify sharing permissions for users of the selected folder here.

The Sharing Settings tab can be accessed in the following ways:

• Click the Sync & Share button on the main Synchronizer window toolbar:

The Synchronization and Sharing Settings form appears. Click the Sharing Settings tab on the right pane.

• Click the button on the Outlook toolbar and click the Sharing Settings tab on the right pane.

• Click Tools on the Synchronizer main window menu and select Synchronization and Sharing… from the drop-down menu:

The Synchronization and Sharing Settings form appears. Click the Sharing Settings tab on the right pane.

• Right-click the Synchronizer icon on the taskbar notification area, point to Synchronization and Sharing and select Sharing Settings…from the menu:

• Click OutShare on the Outlook menu and select Synchronization and Sharing...:

The Synchronization and Sharing Settings form appears. Click the Sharing Settings tab on the right pane.
