The preferred settings for working with OutShare can be set on the OutShare Settings form.

The OutShare Settings form can be accessed in the following ways:

• By clicking the Settings button on the Synchronizer main window toolbar:

• By clicking Tools on the Synchronizer main window menu and selecting OutShare Settings... from the drop-down menu:

• By right-clicking the Synchronizer icon on the taskbar notification area and selecting OutShare Settings... from the menu:

• By clicking OutShare on the Outlook menu, pointing to OutShare Settings and selecting one of the following:

• Edit My Profile..., if you wish to open the My Profile tab of the OutShare Settings form;

• My Users..., if you want to open the My Users tab of the OutShare Settings form;

• Synchronization Options..., if you want to open the Synchronization Options tab of the OutShare Settings form.
